Culigula, the son of two random background dals and friend of Manson. Why?
He was a very sickly pup growing up and as a result, has a very unstable mindset. One day, he hears the tale of the Roman emperor Culigula from Cadpig and begins to think he IS the Roman emperor, reborn.
He has grandiose views of himself, eventually growing to truly believe he IS Roman royalty and that he is the son of Germanicus. He often struts about as if he is truly something important, demanding that other pups bow to him. He usually gets laughed at for this, but never loses his delusion of grandeur.
He becomes friends with Manson because the insane pup is the only one who wholeheartedly believes Culigula's words, and becomes his companion.... of sorts. Culigula both thinks of and refers to him as a "common knave", a statement Manson takes in stride. So in turn, Manson tells him he believes in the unicorns that come out to play in the evening.
His human given name is Boots or Little Boots for his feet markings, but he prefers to go by Culigula.
Obviously, based upon the Roman emperor Culigula for anyone who's done their Roman research. XD I'd love it if he was a brother or even an ancestor of Julius, buuuut that's up to Tex.
As it is, for now he only exists in my AU.

I dunno, this seems like a REALLY extreme version of Brutus and Julius. Like...a lot.
It's the same duo with different alterations.
As a Classic Civ student, and a Latin student, I approve this idea! This is going to be very very interesting...I'll be watching this little guy very closely.
